Singing Exercises: C Chord with Scale Notes
In this next exercise you will have to sing chords from the C major scale over a C major chord. Try to really listen and understand what you are doing. Remember some notes are easy because they are in the chord. Others will sound a little word, and are far more difficult. Try singing this next exercise from sheet music and with the rhythm. When you can do it with the piano melody help line, try turning it off and sing only with the chords.
